WhatsApp How to make a video call of up to 8 participants?

To verify if you have the latest version installed on your phone, enter the Play Store or Apple Store , according to whether your phone is Android or iOS, search for the app and click the green UPDATE button.

If the option is not in view, it is because the version has already been updated.

Steps to make a group video call via WhatsApp

1. Enter WhatsApp and select the option CALLS (third tab, aligned to the right)
2. Locate the phone icon with the + sign, which is in the lower right margin and click
3. Then check the option NEW GROUP CALL
4. From this option you can access the list of all contacts. Select a maximum of 7 participants since you will be participant number 8.
5. Once the people have been chosen, click on the video call (camera icon).
6. And ready!

In case you have a WhatsApp group of up to 8 people including you, you can go directly from the CHAT tab to the camera option at the top to call all the contacts within the group, at the same time.
